Returns & Exchanges
*Please note that our online return policy differs from our in-store policy. For all purchases made online you are acknowledging you understand the return policy stated below.
All regular priced items that are unworn/unused, in original packaging and have all tags attached, may be returned for exchange or store credit ONLY within 14 days of receipt. All sale items are final sale, no exceptions.
*We do not offer refunds for online orders unless the item we shipped to you was wrongfully shipped on our part or was sent damaged. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping, but if you have received a wrongfully shipped item or an item arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can rectify the issue.
Online store credit will be in the amount of the item returned, plus tax (if applicable), minus the cost of shipping (if applicable).
*shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store credit will be issued in the form of online gift card code to the email on the order. The gift card value can be used as a form of payment and will not expire unless the funds are depleted and can be used for exchange or other items in store.
Returns MUST be authorized before sending them back to us, please contact us prior to setup your return. We cannot guarantee if you send your item back to us without authorization that we will be able to offer an exchange/credit and shipping costs cannot be refunded.
