Returns & Exchanges

*Please note that our online return policy differs from our in-store policy. For all purchases made online you are acknowledging you understand the return policy stated below.

All regular priced items that are unworn/unused, in original packaging and have all tags attached, may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping cost) within 14 days of receipt. Your refund will be processed once we receive your return. All sale items are final sale, no exceptions. 

If you wish to return or exchange your item after 14 days, we will apply a store credit to the email you provided. The store credit does not expire and you can use this credit on your next purchase. Again, this will be applied once we receive the returned item. 

Online refunds & store credits will be in the amount of the item returned, plus tax (if applicable), minus the cost of shipping (if applicable).
*shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns MUST be authorized before sending them back to us, please contact us prior to setup your return. We cannot guarantee if you send your item back to us without authorization that we will be able to offer an exchange/credit and shipping costs cannot be refunded.

**Note that the cost of shipping a returned item is the responsibility of the customer
